Shipping policy

We offer free express shipping on all our handsets (accessories ship for $15 per order).

We aim to ship within 1-2 business days by Express Post.

We aim to have your Parcel delivered via Australia Post within 2 - 5 Business Days

If there is liable to be any delay due to stock availibility we will notify you and/or issue you a complete refund. We will supply you with a tracking number for your package.

If stock levels indicate a possible delay of dispatch we may have the item immediately dispatched directly from the wholesaler/importer in Australia who may use different carriers.

Orders can be sent to c/o Post Office (Street address) however insurance will be unavailable after the items is received at the Post Office. You are responsible for ensuring the street address from the post office is entered correctly when ordering.

We can't be held responsible for poor performance or delays by the carrier.
